In pursuit of standardizing a multi-compatible wireless power transfer technology, Lectrifi has developed a number of critical collaboration partnerships with some of the world's leading power dependent application developers and manufacturing divisions.
With a specific focus on household appliances, Lectrifi's proprietary research and intellectual properties have been incorporated and tested across brand and through a range of common household appliances. At the end of 2016, based on the average US household monthly consumption of 900 kWh, Lectrifi's wireless power transfer network delivered around 80% of the required usage rate.
Through its collaboration initiative, Lectrifi is able to speed up the product development process whilst gaining valuable insights into the challenges and requirements needed to deliver wireless power with efficiency and safety.
As the opportunity for end user control of power distribution flow around the house is made possible, Lectrifi's collaboration initiatives extend beyond manufacturing and into system software enhancement. Working in partnership with world renowned software companies, Lectrifi wireless power transfer systems are controlled by the user enabling power distribution to flow to meet the needs of each house hold.
This means that control measures can be programmed to restrict and increase power flow to particular devices at different times of the day. The end result creates a highly efficient power utilization system that is not only more efficient that the current cable-reliant system, but is much more convenient by design.
